****** ****en poor customer service

I've bought cell phone online on the 26 of November and I come to regret doing so,cause I've never received it of which they said I'll receive it within 2 to 5days. Now the ****** ****en useless people are telling me that I'm going to get my refund after 7 to 14 days while it them a sec to get money from me. I'll never in my life use the poor ass ****y service again...even there store personel are full of ****...just like their company
