****ED BEYOND MEASURE!!!

<p>On the 29th of July i opened an account at Incredible Connection hoping to purchase a laptop on to do my assignments before closing date. i was told i would receive feedback in 4 days and 5th day i called back n i was told to resend my ID copy coz High Finance can not approve until they receive it. i sent it and they said its not clear i must come to the shop and that was the Manager Lebo. i went the next day submitted it to a staff member coz Lebo was not there and was told to wait another 4 days, i refused and said the next day i will get feed back. I looked for other alternatives as i was fed up and orded a Laptop with Homechoice same brand as the one at increddibles, after being approved same day at homechoice and delivery arranged i called incredible to follow up on the 12th Aug (2 days later) and i was told that even thou i had brought my ID to the Branch Hi Finance department still says its not clear so i cancelled my application coz i could not take it anymore and Homechoice would deliver the laptop on the 14th and had orded on the 12th. On the 15th i suddenly got an sms that hi Finance finally decided to approve my account and should expect debit same month end and the Manager lebo called to ask if i still want to cancel i said yes and she confirmed the cancellation. 28th Sep Incredible deducted the laptop fee of a laptop i cancalled and i called in n the agent from JD Financial services said it was an error and it would be correct so i reversed the payment and requested a cancellation letter that thy failed to provide. On the 10th Nov 2016 i got an MMS message telling me that im in Arreas for an overdue payment and i must arrange payment R1285.12 as i am listed as a bad payer. I am Fuming coz when i try to contact their offices i hold for 20 min with no reply. THIS IS *******!!! WHY AM I PAYING FOR A LAPTOP CONTRACT I CANCELLED BEFORE IT WAS APPROVED. I DO NOT HAVE THE LAPTOP WITH ME BUT I AM IN ARREAS FOR IT AND THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT RECORD. #****ED_BEYONG_MEASURE</p>
