Easiest product return

<p>I had bought a cable from the branch at Cape Gate (which has since closed down). I was advised to reutrn my (now faulty) cable to Tygervalley. I braced myself for an uphill battle as I no longer had the receipt or original packaging, but was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received from the staff. The manager was extremely helpful and processed my return without any issues. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by the manager and I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.</p>
