Duh-Duh-Duh .....DA!!!!!

Idiotic experience. I sometimes wonder how qualified the staff are to be effective. I get the idea that the staff member in question and her colleague were trained in a way not to use any logic. I had to verify details for credit I app**** for; all was well and good; it was approved and is awaiting verification. The staff member stared with a "30%" blank on her face, and her colleague with the same blank was looking for something. So I asked if you were trying to verify the payslip against the bank account. Long story short, explaining this one had no effect; the blank now becomes a far-off look; please leave!!
