Due to a lack of service, ********** contracts was renewed

Over the weekend we went to stop our one Vodacom contract at Vodacom and upgrade the other contract when we tried to stop the one contract we were told the contract was in fact renewed and a new cellphone was issues. This was done at Incredible connection and they send the documents to Vodacom, Vodacom was kind enough to supply us with all the paper work from incredible connection, the ID documents was not a certified copy if the proper ID was checked they would have picked at its two different people.
