Dud laptop from incredible connections

Dud hp from incredible connections I bought a HP icore7 and it’s slower than an HO I had at varsity in 2009. I have to wait just to open word. I tired I always get to go to nearest incredible convection. And they switch in on an of and now it’s ok. Can I have my my refund and the refund of Microsoft life time office. I can’t submit late all the the time. Yesterday I got an email to go exchenge it and I was told I can’t exchange and they know the laptop is useless as it use i7 and an old hard drive so I need to pay more to up grade the hard drive. I went to the borksbur incredible connection. My complaint number is **********. Still not sorted. A lady called to say they replaced it but I’ve never had from them the laptop froze while writing an exam
