Dreadful customer service

Really bad communication. I handed my laptop in at Herm**** Mall for repair of the microphone. Three weeks later all I have heard is some nonsense about a broken speaker and no indication of when the laptop will be returned to me. If I.phone customer service or use messenger to commumicate with them all I hear is that my complaint has been "escalated". Extremely frustrated.
