Double Billed but no refund

<p>Ordered a laptop via the WeChat/Incredible Connection promotion. I was billed twice.</p> <p>I have not received a refund for this double billing to date. It has been more than two weeks.</p> <p>NO ONE phones you back no matter how many times they take your details and state someone will contact "later today." It is a blatant lie.</p> <p>Someone needs to be pro-active and reffund wrongfully debited accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>This all on top of a faulty laptop sent to me the first time, and had to get it replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>Order number ********** 31 was the double billing order. If incredible view my account they will see the order was cancelled. But no refund after debiting my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone needs to phone me NOW to sort this out!</p>
