Don't waste time buying online from Incredible Connection

Made a purchase online two days ago. Received payment confirmation from paygate, but could still not track the order. Contacted paygate the next day and confirmed that payment had been made to incredible connection the previous evening and that confirmation was sent through. Called customer care to follow up and track order. They escalated to finance division. Today is the second day after purchase, and the order is still not trackable. I am ready to request a refund and buy somewhere else.
