Dont use online service - you wont receive your order

Bought a dishwasher on line 31/05/2026. Received email + sms on 01/06/2026 saying delivery complete I never received my order Called them 01/06/2026 and I was told the reason why it says "order delivered" is because the product was transferred to the delivery company. Confirmed delivery time for Thursday 04/06/2026 between 9-12 but no one contacted me and nothing was delivered. Phoned 05/06/2026 and was told that the system shows customer received the order. I never received anything Only thing they can do is escalate
