Don't support Incredible Connection Cradlestone Mall. After sale service is non existant and the staff is very unhelpful. I bought a HP laptop last week and went back today for some assistance but they would not even look at the laptop without payment. The manager was no where to be found. Mandla the technician on duty was really not helpful and so was Pinky who was second in charge. I would not recommend this store to anybody.
