Don't purchase from them

No response received on chat. The agents drop the calls when you call for assistance. We never get any information from them. We ordered a tv online which they don't list as out of stock in their website so you can purchase all you want but they don't have any stock or any idea when they would be receiving stock. When you check the order it says OAA and when we ask what that means then they say it's internal jargon but it shows us that on the order.

When we ask for a manager we are advised that they can't transfer, a manager can't call us back but they provide us with an email. When we email we get no response from a manager.

I wouldn't trust anything this company or their employees say as they are just taught to lie.

I will never purchase from you again.
