Don't order online on Incredible. They are useless

What shocking service from your online channel! I oedered a phone on Tuesday 21/05/2024 which was immediately marked ready for pick up. On Thursday, when I saw there was no movement I phoned and asked if theres any issue with my order. The answer I got was everything is fine I'll get a tracking number soon (from a very *********** agent, listen to recorded call, shocking!). By Friday I did not have a tracking number so I went on the onine chat. All the agent said was it was still within the 2 - 5 day timeframe, I stressed that I find it strange that no pick up was done by the courier and I was ignored. Today (Saturday) I get a call to tell me there is no stock. Please explain to me why my concerns were ignored. I have a client that this has to be delivered to on Tuesday, absolutely shocking. Now the guy that called is asking for my banking details ... in this climate of ****s he's asking for my banking details. Do you have any procedures at all?
