Don't Order online : Bad service

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM. Your order is NOT important to them. You will be send jumping through hoops, when you logged a complained they don't state that on the email how long they will take to respond. When calling them, they state we need to give them 24 hours, this was a day later. They corrected me in saying, it is 24 business hours. Just all out say 3 days. Then the ordering tracking system says, product is shipped. 6 days later still nothing, their response the courier will be in touch. Where is the so called delivery time 2 to 5 days. 10 days after placing the order still no response or feedback with regard the couriers or them, I have to wait another 3 days for them to do what, to tell me something went wrong. Surely the order is already outside there 2 to 5 days delivery promise. Like I said they don't care. Please don't make use of the online platform.
