Don't order from them online! They don't deliver

I ordered a birthday gift apple watch for my daughter 14days ago. Non delivery! Phoned every day to get NO answer to my questions. Even the managers are useless. They can't even give you an answer. Don't buy from them. You don't receive your order, no one phones you back. Not even sure if I will receive my order. Tired of phoning every day to follow up not to get any answers. I am going to lodge a consumer protection complain at the national consumer commission. I am not leaving this matter. *****s!!!!!
