DONT HAVE THE GARMIN OR THE MONEY BACK

R7299 . 8 days and still waiting for my refund. Bought the garmin watch from Incredible connection online. Returned it to Nicolway branch. Incredible connection now have the garmin and my money. Have been waiting from 13 December 2024. Called 18/12/24 spoke to Tembiso who said it could take up to 1 week to process the refund. Called manager Morman on 21/12/24 who said it could take up to 14 days. So what is the truth ? And why should a client have to wait 14 days for a refund. This has never happened to me before at any retail store.
