DON'T GO TO INCREDIBLE CONNECTION MALL OF AFRICA! THE SERVICE IS BAD!!!

Incredible Connection Mall of Africa is the worst store that you could ever go to. Save yourself a couple of bucks and go somewhere else. I was not even planning to go there, but because what I was looking for was not at Game, I was forced to there! Incredible Connection Mall of Africa has to be the worst store I have ever shopped at. The customer service was so bad and awful! The shop assistants, tech department, all of them, awful. I bought a laptop on the 14th of July, it was not working It had a technical fault. I returned it on the 18th of July, I wanted to replace it but after the outrageous customer service I received from the tech department and salespeople, I demanded a full refund!!!!! The tech guy, it's as if I was wasting his time when I was telling him about the technical fault. So I wanted my money bac**** A full refund!!!!!!! They told me it would take 3 to 7 working days for me to receive my refund...guess what???? You guessed it correctly....I havent receieved my refund!!!!! And you know what else? The lady is now telling me it is 14 days! Iwant my money back. I don't have your laptop for 14 days so why is it taking it so long for a simple bank transfer to go back into my account????I need that money bac****!!!!!!! Now the lady that I was talking to, LOLO (her name), she tells me that I was advised wrong and it is 14 days. In order for her to fix the problem I would have to drive there and give her my bank statement.... Your service awful and I know you will not respond to this email, you would have proved my point anyway. After this I am going to hellopeter to blast your awful service, and wherever else you are. I will never shop at any of your horrible stores ever again and I am going to tell anyone I know to not go to any INCREDIBLE CONNECTION EVER!!!!!!!!
