DONT EVER TAKE INSURANCE!!!

DONT EVER TAKE INSURANCE!!!!!! I bought a laptop and a phone cash and the store assistant basically begged me and sold me this insurance you pay upfront for 12 months and I did both for my laptop and phone and it was very pricey as it covers everything Inc lost and ******. They ****** my father who I bought the phone for who is a pensioner I processed a claim in February and still awaiting. Every time they say my documents are not clear but yet they ACCEPTED IT IN STORE and said in 7 days I'll have a new phone still awaiting had to get new documents at police station and scan it myself because incredible connection that sell printers that scan quality is terrible. My pho e scans better. DONT EVER EVER TAKE INSURANCE OUT WITH THIS PEOPLE
