Don't ever buy a Dell laptop from Incredible Connection R25k wasted! Just over a year later suddenly it wont power on! Log on to dell for their legendary support Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the support period had inexplicably started on 16 SEPT 2021, nearly a year before I even bought the laptop on 13 September 2022.Now although I should still be covered it's impossible to get support because you have to have an active service tag. Trip to the Incredible connection store was answered with "we will send it away for a quote will take 21 days "
