Don't buy online voucher from Incredible Connection!

I bought a gift voucher online, got the invoice but no voucher for R1000. After weeks of communication via email (as I am overseas and cannot dial the toll free no), my email just gets forward to someone else and no-one seems to know what to do. This was a gift for a family member for his birthday.....and I don't know what I can do now. Unbelievable that in this time Incredible Connection are just not interested in solving my problem as they got their money.
