DONT BUY ONLINE AT INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!!!!

On the 31st of December 2020 I purchased a laptop on the Incredible Connection website. Payment was processed and I received a sms stating that I would receive my tracking order and relevant details soon. I waited an entire 48 hours and received nothing. I later called into IC offices and was asked to provide formal proof of payment from my bank which I did and it clearly indicates that money was transferred from my account to theirs. Till this day I have received no indication of what’s the move forward from Incredible Connection offices. The story is that it’s under investigation for a whole 8 days and every time I’m told a consultant will get back to me but no one does, I always have to call in first. The Incredible Connection website is a **** that just takes your money and they don’t want to own up to it!!
