Dont buy from them, unless you feel like giving away money, and not getting your order - **** WARNING

I purchased a TV for delivery from incredible connection 3 days ago. I paid first thing in the morning and according to their site, my order will be trackable in 1 business day. I still am unable to track my order and have had NO communication from Incredible connection. They took my money and forgot about it...

I have contacted them twice on their online chat and both times the agents have been extremely unhelpful and too lazy to pick up a phone to call their warehouse and ask about the status of my order! In fact, the last agent informed me that my item must be out of stock and that's why there is a delay - this is of course a guess, since she isnt bothered to call the warehouse.

Is that a good enough reason NOT to communicate anything at all?? Ive asked to have a supervisor contact me, and the agent has just decided to ignore me and stop replying on the online chat.

All this, and yet I ordered from takealot the same day, and it was delivered the following morning at 8am... is this how incredible connection wants to treat their customers? Take your money and then ignore you??

Pathetic, avoid these people at all costs!
