Don't buy from them

Bought a voucher on their site. Had to call 4 times, send 2 emails and wait 7 days for them to say there was an issue and they will refund me. Don't even know how long I will have to wait for a refund as well.

Totally unacceptable since they do keep the voucher I require and don't want to own up to their mistakes.
