Don't BUY from Incredible Connection if you want something URGENT

I ordered a tablet for my daughter at the Incredable connection online store. 3 days there has been no movement. I decided to call their offices to follow up. I spoke to 3 different consultants there, they will put you on hold, muted for a length of time. No explanation and they give you a not my problem attitude. The consultant by the name of Vus was so unprofessional, he gave me an incorrect tracking number, spoke to me as if I am her peer from high school!!!!! refused to escalate my complaint. When I called their service provider Aramex, they said they are waiting for incredible connections to send the go ahead!!!!!
