Don't buy from Incredible Connection!

I want to warn everyone to buy from Incredible Connection. In around June last year I bought a graphics card form Incredible Connection, I was having problems with it from day one. I replaced a lot of the components in my pc as I though that might be the problem but it wasn't. Eventually I took it back to the shop and they said they need to send it to Asus to have it checked out. The manager at the store told me it would take about 21 days, this turned into almost 3 months. Eventually Asus send it back saying they see no fault. I had the card back for about 3 days when it crashed toally and is now totally dead. I took it back to the shop, just before the holidays and up to now I still have not even heard one word back. And through all of this I am still paying my monthly installments for something that is just basically an expensive paper weight.
