Don't buy from Incredible Connection and expect to be able to work from home!!!

Purchased Dell Laptop and Microsoft Office 365 online; paid for both, but only received the laptop and not the office package. Done in with R1200!!!! I have tried hundreds of times to phone the contact number, and all options available, but the phone does not get answered!
