Don’t buy anything from Incredible Connections

I’m so angry with Incredible Connections. This has to be the worst online service I have ever received. I’ve been waiting for my order and have spoken to over 12 consultants with no help. They have told me that Louisa Baloyi will call me or Tshepo will escalate but no one has come back to me. This camera was bought with my money but I’m being treated like it’s a free gift. Incredible Connections really needs to close shop if this is how they treat customers. I’m still waiting and no assistance has been given. This is the most useless service in SA.
