Don't believe the premonitions they advertise

They do false advertising and I fell like reportering them to the advertising board. I ordered and paid for a Samsung galaxy 4 44mm watch as advertised online that I bought as a gift. They called me to tell me they don't have and offered me a product that is much more expensive. Is this how they catch people!? Very unprofessional for a large company like this to advertise products on promotion and dont have stock. I am also sure it will now take days for me to get my money back.
