Don't!!

I bought an office chair online. We had to assemble it. My husband is a very good DIY guy and the pedal to raise the chair is not working. I have reported it online, and i have called the callcentre (have a reference number) three times. I hear NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't buy from them. VERY POOR AFTER SERVICE
