Don't be fooled into buying an extended warranty

I use a notebook to run a small business. The Lenovo that I purchased from Incredible connection Blue Route became faulty just out of the warranty period. At the time of purchase I was sold an extended warranty for 2 years. On 21 March I handed the notebook in to have the faulty keyboard replaced. I was told that the extended warranty was purchased from a Johannesburg supplier and that the repair would take 2 weeks. I have subsequently been told that the computer had first to be sent for assessment after which it could be repaired.<br> I have now been waiting 3 weeks for my computer and I am told by the Blue Route branch that \it has been dispatched". Don't try phoning this branch to enquire- your blood pressure may not stand it. I will never deal with the Incredible Connection again. I still don"
