Doggy Business Practice

I have an account with one of JD group members which is Incredible Connection. On the 10 or 11 January 2022, I contacted them requesting my back dated statements of my account, I was told my account is been handed over to collector they cannot help on that one, I should contact the the compony they handed my account to. Then I contacted the collector company requested my statement, they gave me the statement starting from 04/10/2021, and it does not reflect the December payment. The reason I want my back dated statements is because they have changed collecting companies I need to see if they have all my payments records, and I noticed this account has missed payments of about 6 months on my credit bureau profile. The current collecting company has requested my statements from them from 11/01/22 and I was told turnaround time is 24 hours. Till today no word from them.
