Dodge Apple "Technical Consultants" at Incredible Connection Pavilion

I have taken my macbook air in to return after purchasing on 25/03/2022... I was assisted by Wade Paddy and Byron who were very time consuming and rude. They also charged. This was at the Pavilion branch,

I have asked around and they have received similar treatment by these two... Wade did not even know how to access my Apple password recovery system without assistance by the equally disappointing Byron... What is the use of calling yourselves "Apple Technical Consultants", yet you cannot do the job which you were hired for... They charged me a 15% handling fee despite this never being advised to me during purchase! I am very unhappy with this and I am going to complain further. I was never advised by Apple nor Incredible Connection about this handling fee
