Do they even exist?

Firstly I keep getting a laptop advertised to me by them everywhere I go. It so happens I am actually interested in this laptop though, so I go to their website and try to add it to my cart. I get an error Everytime saying that the requested quantity could not be added to my cart because the maximum quantity is 1. Obviously I am only trying to add 1 to my cart though, and there is no way to select more than 1 in fact. So that's a but frustrating, but I figure hey it's obviously just our of stock and their website sucks.

So I try to email them. I get an auto response. No problem, I wait... A day or two later I send a follow up email, still nothing. Another few days go by, I try calling them and I just sit on hold for ages. So I send more follow up emails... No replies. My last mail was sent 7 days ago now with still no response, so I just mailed one last time to thank them for their shocking customer service and to let them know that I won't be ordering from them.
