I ordered a PS4 from Incredible Connection with the click and collect option, this was during their up to 50% off gaming sale, 2 days after they had the "days of play" console for sale, R100 cheaper. The days of play console is according to their own site a limited edition console, they honored these sales. My purchase went through successfully, monies deducted from my account, I then receive an email from incredible connection saying "Your order has been signed, sealed – and will be ready for collection ASAP!" confirming the sale thereby confirming that they reviewed and accepted my offer to purchase. Needless to say I contacted the store to know when I could collect and was told they would not be releasing the goods as their was an error. I understand errors occur but when you take someone's money for an item you have for sale review the offer to purchase and then in writing confirm that it has been accepted and finalised you are required to release the goods or that constitutes *****.

I have since not been contacted by the customer service division after lodging my complaint and to date have not received my goods or money. Shocking and ********.
