Do not use them, worst service ever.

Our company ordered a laptop on the 10th of October, but we omitted to include the company name. I immediately called and advised them about the oversight. I clearly instructed them to send the laptop back to Northgate for me to collect. However, despite my efforts, I still haven't received the laptop, and they persistently keep calling me to inquire if its been delivered. I even lodged a complaint and obtained a reference number ***), yet there has been no resolution. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. I strongly advise against using this company.
