Do not use Incredible Connection online shop
Do not use Incredible Connection Online shop. I've ordered a Samsung washing machine (order ***) on the 06 Aug 2026. It is now the 26 Aug 2026 and no delivery and no communcation from when they will deliver. I emailed and called. Callcenter says it is a special order that will take 10-14 working days. It is passed 14 working days with no delivery or delivery date confirmed.

01 Sept 2026, 10:06Still nothing. This is now the 1st of September. I still did not receive my online order ten spite of many calls and emails and opening a compliant against them. When I phoned now they say they dont have stock, yet when I ordered is showed In Stock. This is not accaptable.
