Do not trust that store

Their services and workers are just questionable. I returned my phone for repairs last year December and they said it would take 14-20 days for it to return. it's been over a month, no communication. I call the store almost everyday and they never pick up. Last week one lady picked up the phone at mall@carnival and she put me on hold while she claimed to be calling their technician and I waited so long I even hanged up. I called again afterwards and ever since they don't take calls. I'm concerned if will I get my phone back or it has been ****** because everything they do is *****
