DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

Please read the complaints posted on this site before committing yourself to a purchase.

I am just another victim of their seemingly disregard for acceptable business practices. I have been waiting more than 2 months for a refund of an expensive item which never left their warehouse. (if indeed it was there in the first place)

No reason has been given for the delay of my refund ... and I am of the opinion that, give the time elapsed, they have no intention to do so. I have now been forced to take action against them.

I will NEVER use their online services again, and neither will I ever darken a doorway of ANY of their stores.

NOTE: Incredible Connection, unlike other businesses which also offer poor service, do not follow this site and engage with those who complain.
