DO NOT SUPPORT INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION.

It has been over a week of placing my order and seeing "shipped" under tracking details. No tracking number or courier details to be found. Finally got a hold of the call center and I was told that the courier cannot be contacted and that I must just wait for an update from them. Nobody knows the courier name or tracking details. Honestly horrible service. The agent cut my call as I was explaining my issue and now I am sitting clueless whether I will receive my order or not.

Putrid service. I will never support you guys again
