I took a client's pc in for a warranty repair in early March at the kollonade branch. Turn-around time was horrible at just over a month. Pc back in store on the 19th of April according to their records. One alledged phone call made to me on the 22nd April - but no record on my phone. Checked phone logs in front of tech. No further attempt made to contact me to notify for collection. Email address provided. No further calls, sms, whatsapp, email sent. Pc just sitting in workshop for nearly two weeks before I made the trip to the store to query the status of the repair. Store manager conveniently "unavailable" when requested to discuss abhorrent tech support. Absolutely. Horrible. Service.
