NB to Consumers, please be extremely weary when purchasing hardware warranties from Incredible Connection. The warranties agreed and paid for are not honored. When escalating complaints like this you are contacted by nonchalant management not concerned in the least. I implore all consumers to reconsider their technology supplier!
