DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!

I am extremely annoyed at Incredible Connection, I placed my order on Saturday and there has been no movement since, my order still says "Order picking in progress." I bought these headsets as a gift for someone and expected to receive it by today latest, as their delivery time is 2-5 WORKING DAYS and today would be the last day to deliver but my order has not even been picked. I recieved a call yesterday saying they would let me know what was happening and have not heard from them since. They have no suitable feedback and cannot even tell me what's happening with my order.
