DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

I would not recommend purchasing from Incredible connection online . Placed and paid for an order via my VISA card on the 1st of May which was an online special only. Did not receive order confirmation, or order number. Payment went off my VISA card. Attempted to get into contact with the retailer to request assistance.

They requested a Proof of payment. However because the purchase was made via my card directly, only a transaction history statement can be sent, which according to them is not sufficient enough as a proof of payment as they need to see what reference was used to track the order.. I went into the bank and got a proof of transaction, with all the codes, time of purchase and a bank stamp and STILL they did not accept it as a valid proof of payment. I have never experienced such bad client and retail assistance.

Such an inconvenience and also a very special gift that was very expensive might now not arrive on time as I would have to go the route to try and reverse the payment. #yousuck!
