Do not purchase from there.

Total embarrassment I bought a fitness watch for my wife online and waited a month and a half before I got it then when I did get it I had already purchased another from Huawei. Well the watch I got from incredible connection my wife did not want anymore so she returned it. Asked for a refund and I'm now in month 2 waiting for the refund of R699 and have complained and gone in store and posted on thier Facebook page and emailed and only time I get a response is on Facebook messenger and they send in the complaint but nothing ever happens from there. I don't know what kind of business is being run where they take your money and run.
