Do Not order Online

I placed an order on 30/11/2025 no pick up option available only delivery, it specifies 2-5 days delivery. Its day 4 still showing that nothing has been picked on my order. The call center staff escalate but I'm still waiting for feedback. I work for a company that picks & packs & there is no way you can miss an order on the system for 4 DAYS!! Unless your entire department is ***********. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR DAY ON ENDLESS CALLS WITH NO HELP!!!
