Do not order anything from Incredible Connection

I ordered DDR4 Desktop Memory June 2021 and one of the RAM sticks went faulty in April 2023. There is a 3 year warranty with Corsair and Corsair themselves have said they would replace the RAM if Incredible Connection gave me issues. It has been over 2 months of back and forth regarding the return. Firstly, they sent it back to the wrong supplier, and now they don't even know how the Corsair Warranty works. The support staff keep telling my they'll keep me updated or "call me back later today" and then I end up calling them the next week to hear weak excuses and how it is someone else's fault or the ball isn't in their court. I still sit here without any contact from them this week on this matter. The last indication was that head office had to approve a credit note - this was 3 weeks ago and they said they can't find any warranty information but will let me know. This customer service is even worse than Evetech, and they have set the bar LOW. I will never order with Incredible Connection again. The only reason this has 2 stars is because I bought it for a good price on special which beat Wootware, Takealot, Evetech, etc. at the time. Incredible Connection has gone down the drain - the incompetence is shocking.
