Do not deliver on time and goods missing

I ordered 2 cameras online with Incredible connection. I payed for next day delivery (9 december) and received it 4 days later (14 decrmber). I received my goods today (14 december) and some things were missing in my one camera box.(one memory card and one tv/av cable. When i phone im just put trough to the next person and no one seems to be able to help. We ate almost leaving for holiday- how do i solve this mess?
