Do NOT by apple laptops from incredible connection

The E button is working defectively, went to Fourways crossing branch for repair, they explained that they are not allowed to touch it as it is still under warranty and should send it to Core for the repair! It will take approximately two weeks! I explained to them that this is my working tool and it is not possible for me to leave it for two weeks. Then I left my contact details for them to see if they can find an alternative way to minimise the repair time as it is practically few minutes job (search youtube). After two weeks I did not receive any call from them and went to the store to follow up; their attitude and behaviour were insulting and disappointing. No apologies, no proper response. while IStore provides a courtesy laptop to customers for the repair duration, the Incredible Connection is forcing m to buy another laptop as their service and repair policies do not include any replacement or courtesy laptop!!! This is unacceptable service and ********** sale as they never informed me about such conditions when I was buying the laptop from them
