DO NOT BUY FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION THE GLEN

I required accounting software for my business. The salesman took me to the various packages available. I asked if they were compatible with Mac at which time I was handed an additional software package for R1499.00 and told this is what's required for it to run on a MAC. I purchased all packages and attempted to load. What i was not told is a windows package costing R4500 was also required. Had I been informed this I would have simply purchased the accounting package and loaded it onto my old windows lap top. Upon returning to the store they refused to refund the package stating no return policy as the excuse. Upon contacting the branch manager - Dirk Putter he had a bad attitude telling me it's my problem and the package will not be refunded. His total lack of understanding of the problem was evident during the discussion. Following this escapade I contacted Incredible connections head of customer care Ankia who handled the complaint professionally and agreed to the refund.
