Do not buy from Incredible Connection Online ever.
What disgusting service. I ordered an item on the 29th of November. It still hasn't been delivered yet, and they have messed up the delivery address.
I've contacted them on facebook, via their customer (lack of) support mailbox, also phoned in multiple times. I still don't have my delivery.
What else must I do to get the item I paid for?

I must have spoken to or mailed over a dozen people at Incredible *******ion.
They have lost a customer for life, not only from online, but all their stores as well.
